Andy is an engineer by trade and a creative by nature. After 22 years with the Boeing Company, he began his journey into entrepreneurship when he was asked to develop an Airspace Design Consulting business and later worked on the Beijing and Sochi Olympic games to prepare their airports for the influx of visitors.
In late 2019, Andy launched Generate Your Value to help entrepreneurs overcome growth blocks by leveraging his keen sense for applying business concepts into life coaching and life coaching concepts into business.
